Diving the Susan wreck off Sweden's West Coast feels like stepping into a cold war relic. She’s a motor vessel, 53 meters long, sitting upright at 25 meters, having gone down in 1971 due to a shifting cargo. What we love about the Susan is her accessible layout; the bridge and cargo holds are often open, allowing for some gentle penetration if you're comfortable. You'll find cod and ling patrolling her decks, and smaller crabs tucked into every nook. Visibility can be a bit of a gamble, but on a good day, the Susan offers a fascinating glimpse into maritime history, best enjoyed by those with a bit of wreck diving experience.
