ALICE - Cornwall & Devon
The ALICE, a steamship sunk in 1916 by bombs, rests at 48 metres, making it a dive for experienced wreck enthusiasts. We’ve found her to be a substantial wreck, at over 70 metres long, with good structural integrity. You’ll spend your time exploring the collapsed holds and superstructure, often encountering conger eels tucked into crevices and schools of pollack circling the mast. It's a sombre, rewarding dive for those comfortable with deeper profiles and the generally cooler, lower visibility conditions of UK waters.
