CAPRI - Cornwall & Devon
The Capri is a yacht that went down off Pezeries Point in 1932. It’s a shallow wreck, only six metres deep, making it a good spot for newer divers looking to get some wreck experience without too much overhead. We’ve seen conger eels poking out from beneath plates of steel, and the ribs of the hull are home to plenty of wrasse and blennies. It’s certainly not a huge wreck, but the history is interesting, and it’s an easy dive when the weather cooperates. We find it’s best explored on a calm day, as even a slight chop can really stir up the visibility at that depth.
