With 176+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, dwarf minke whales, humpback whales and ocean sunfish (mola mola) - JULIE offers some of Cornwall & Devon's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 10-18°C, warmest July, August, September.
The *Julie* is a tug vessel, sitting upright at 20 metres, making it a good target for newer wreck divers. While it’s classed as a dangerous wreck, careful penetration is possible for those with the right training. We’ve seen conger eels make their homes in its interior, and the exterior hosts plenty of plumose anemones, especially on the more sheltered side. It’s a solid dive for an afternoon, offering a decent exploration without being overly challenging.
