OLWAY - Cornwall & Devon
The Olway is a purpose-sunk barge, resting upright at 28 meters. She’s relatively intact, about 30 meters long, and makes for a straightforward wreck dive. We've found the wheelhouse and cargo holds offer easy penetration for those comfortable with overhead environments, with daylight often visible. Over the years, she’s become a home for a decent collection of local critters-you'll spot plenty of wrasse darting in and out, some respectable conger eels tucked away in darker corners, and always a few crabs scuttling across the deck plates. It’s a solid dive for anyone looking to spend some time exploring a well-preserved wreck without deep technical demands.
