PATRICIA TWO - Cornwall & Devon

The Patricia Two is a proper little time capsule, sitting upright on the seabed at 24 metres. We love how compact it is, a small yacht perfectly preserved, making it ideal for a relaxed dive where you can take your time exploring. What you’ll find is an open deck, easy to swim over, with plenty of nooks and crannies in the superstructure for plumose anemones to cling to. It’s got that classic Cornwall vibe, where the green-tinged water just adds to the atmosphere, and the light filtering through the surface creates these beautiful, shifting patterns on the wreck. This isn't a deep, challenging wreck, which we actually appreciate. It's a fantastic spot for divers looking for a leisurely second dive, or for those newer to wreck diving wanting to get comfortable with penetration, even if it’s just peeking through an open hatch. Keep an eye out for resident conger eels tucked into any dark space, and we’ve often seen dogfish resting on the sand nearby. Our favourite part? The sheer number of wrasse darting in and out of the debris, making it feel lively despite the stillness of the wreck itself. It’s a gentle, reflective dive, perfect for soaking in a bit of history.
