We’ve found her to be a proper example of a working vessel, though time and depth have taken their toll. You'll trace the remains of her single boiler and the triple expansion engine, now home to plump conger eels lurking in the shadows. Visibility can be hit-or-miss depending on the day and the Channel’s mood, so pick your weather window carefully if you want to properly appreciate the scale of her. It’s a quiet, humbling dive, really, knowing her history.
