With 176+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, dwarf minke whales, humpback whales and ocean sunfish (mola mola) - SABRINA offers some of Cornwall & Devon's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 10-18°C, warmest July, August, September.
The Sabrina, a yacht that went down while under tow, now rests upright at 21 metres. It's a relatively small wreck, but that makes it perfect for a leisurely swim around, taking in the details without feeling rushed. You'll find it well colonised by local wrasse and small crabs, often tucked into crevices, and the occasional dogfish might be snooping around its edges. For divers new to wrecks, or those just looking for a relaxed dive with a bit of history, the Sabrina offers an agreeable exploration in the UK's cooler waters.
