SAINT BRANDAN - Cornwall & Devon
Dropping onto the Saint Brandan, you’re hitting a piece of history. This old steamship, torpedoed in 1917, now rests upright on the seabed at 38 metres. Its structure is quite broken, but the stern and bow sections are still largely intact, offering interesting swim-throughs if you're comfortable with overhead environments. Expect to see plenty of pollack darting through the superstructure and conger eels making homes in the deeper, darker corners. It’s a dive for those with wreck experience, happy with deeper profiles and the often-moody conditions of the English Channel.
