The Salut Les Copains, a French trawler lost in 1980, offers a deep dive for those comfortable with advanced wreck exploration. She lies at 43 metres, upright on the seabed, with fishing nets still snagged, giving the whole site a real sense of her final moments. We've found conger eels tucked into her compartments and decent-sized pollack patrolling the decks. The wreck itself is a compact exploration, best suited for experienced divers keen on seeing a piece of maritime history rather than a sprawling artificial reef. It’s a somber dive, but a rewarding one for wreck enthusiasts.
