Spaniard/Encuri (Wreck) - Cornwall & Devon
The Spaniard, or Encuri as she’s also known, lies shallow at 14 metres, making her a solid choice for newer divers looking for a wreck. She’s broken up now, scattered across the seabed, but you can still pick out sections of hull and machinery. We've seen conger eels tucked into the larger plates and plenty of small crabs scuttling amongst the debris. It’s a good spot to practise navigation on a real wreck without worrying about depth or strong currents.
