ST DUNSTAN - Cornwall & Devon
The *St Dunstan* is a pretty classic WWI wreck out here, a dredger that went down in 1917, probably to a mine. She sits upright at 27 metres, and while time has taken its toll, you can still make out the twin triple-expansion engines, a really cool bit of industrial history now home to plenty of wrasse and conger eels. We’ve found the stern section offers the most shelter and the best chance of spotting spider crabs tucked into crevices. It’s a good dive for those who appreciate history and don't mind a bit of a rummage in temperate waters.
