We’ve spent a few hours on the Sudon, or what we think is the Sudon. The site is spread out at 13 metres, a proper scramble of metal, making identification tricky. You’ll find a single boiler, some winches, and plates of flattened steel that whisper of a steamship’s past. It’s an easy dive, good for poking around the nooks and crannies where conger eels often hide, or spotting spider crabs clambering over the frames. We’d suggest a good dive light to really pick out the details, especially on a dimmer day.

Wreck site - avoid penetration without wreck diving certification. Watch for sharp metal and entanglement hazards.

Always perform a 3-minute safety stop at 5m before surfacing.
