SURFRIDER - Cornwall & Devon
The Surfrider, an 8.2-metre sailing vessel, sits at 31 metres, a quiet testament to a journey cut short back in '88. It’s a small wreck, perfect for a relaxed exploration where you can really take your time examining the details. We've seen conger eels tucked into what's left of the hull and small shoals of bib darting around the mast. It's a great spot for newer wreck divers looking to get a feel for deeper sites without strong currents, provided you pick a calm day. The visibility can vary, as it often does in these waters, but even on an average day, the Surfrider offers a peaceful dive.
