With 176+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, dwarf minke whales, humpback whales and ocean sunfish (mola mola) - SWEET ANNETT offers some of Cornwall & Devon's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 10-18°C, warmest July, August, September.
The Sweet Annett, a yacht that went down in 1979, now rests at 40 metres off the coast. We’ve found her to be a gentle dive, generally suitable for those comfortable with deeper wrecks. She’s largely intact, offering a good opportunity for penetration if you're appropriately trained and equipped. Inside, conger eels often peek from every opening, and schools of pollock mill around the mast. It's a proper wreck dive, with a quiet solemnity that makes for a reflective experience.
