Eight Acres offers an accessible shore dive, often used for training and getting back in the water. We've found the bottom is mostly sand and shingle, though you can find crabs and flatfish if you look closely. It's a calm spot, good for those wanting an easy entry and a relaxed dive without strong currents. We’d suggest it for refreshing skills or a quiet bimble rather than seeking major marine life.
