ENTERPRIZE (POSS) - Northumberland & Northeast

The Enterprize, a sailing vessel, lies in extremely shallow water off the Northumberland coast. It’s a site for those who appreciate the history of a wreck more than a deep dive, given its 1m maximum depth. We’ve found that even though it’s shallow, plenty of crabs and small fish have made a home in the remaining timbers. It’s a gentle exploration, perfect for a snorkel or a very shallow dive on a calm day when you want a relaxed look at a piece of maritime history.
