OTTER - Northumberland & Northeast

The wreck of the tug Otter lies just two metres below the surface, making it an ideal shallow dive or even a snorkel site. What remains is pretty broken up, but you can still pick out the bow and stern sections, home to crabs and small fish darting between the plates. It’s a good spot for trainees or anyone looking for an easy potter about, especially if you’re keen on photography in bright, clear conditions.
