TAURUS - Northumberland & Northeast

The Taurus, a fishing vessel that went down in 1980, lies broken up, providing a scattered but interesting dive. At just 9.4 meters long, she’s not a huge wreck, but the remnants of her hull and superstructure are spread across the seabed, creating plenty of nooks and crannies. You’ll find a surprising amount of life here, with crabs scuttling through the wreckage and small fish darting between the metal plates. It’s a good spot for a relaxed dive, particularly if you enjoy poking around smaller, more intimate wrecks and seeing how nature reclaims things.
