RONA - Scapa Flow, Orkney
The Rona sits upright in 24 metres of water, a former fishing vessel that met its end through fire back in '81. It’s not one of Scapa's colossal German fleet, but it offers a genuinely engaging dive. We love poking around her wheelhouse, which is still largely intact, and you'll find plenty of crabs tucked into crevices. Look out for the resident wrasse patrolling the deck. The Rona is a solid choice for a second dive of the day, or for newer wreck divers looking to get comfortable exploring something smaller and less intimidating.
