SCOTIA - Scapa Flow, Orkney
The *Scotia* offers a gentle introduction to Scapa Flow's wreck diving. Lying in just 5m of water, it’s an easy dive, perfect for warming up or for divers less keen on deep, dark wrecks. The small fishing vessel has been down since 1995, and its broken hull is now home to plenty of wrasse and blennies, darting between the rusty plates. We find it’s a good spot for photography, especially on a sunny day when the light penetrates right to the seabed, illuminating the metalwork and the kelp growing on top.
