With 112+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, dwarf minke whales, humpback whales, ocean sunfish (mola mola) and orcas - BYRON offers some of Scottish East Coast & Borders's richest wreck diving.
The BYRON site is a designated dangerous wreck, sitting in just one metre of water. It's really more of a historical marker than a dive, unsuitable for anything beyond a snorkel or even just viewing from the surface. We wouldn’t suggest it for divers looking to get wet, but it holds significance for local maritime history buffs.
