FAME - Scottish East Coast & Borders

The FAME wreck sits just below the surface, barely two metres deep, making it accessible for snorkelers and very shallow divers. It's a genuinely dangerous wreck, as the old charts state, mostly broken up now, but still a fascinating tumble of timbers and ironwork. We find the real draw here is how quickly the local wrasse and crabs have made a home in the jumbled remains. It’s a site for those who appreciate history and shallow marine life without needing deep exploration.
