With 112+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, dwarf minke whales, humpback whales, ocean sunfish (mola mola) and orcas - Tye s Tunnel offers some of Scottish East Coast & Borders's richest cave diving.
Tye's Tunnel offers a genuine cave diving experience along the Scottish East Coast. It's a proper swim-through, dark and narrow in places, so you'll want good buoyancy and a reliable torch. Expect the usual cold water suspects: anemones clinging to the walls and the occasional crab scuttling past. This one is best for experienced divers comfortable in overhead environments.
