Cozumel is busy, no doubt about it. We’ve found Xico Dive Center cuts through some of that noise, offering a more personalised vibe than some of the bigger operations. They run trips to all the classic Cozumel sites, think Palancar and Santa Rosa Wall, but their smaller boat size means quicker trips and less crowding. It’s a good choice for divers who appreciate a friendly, local crew and aren't chasing the absolute cheapest deal in town.
