The Outer Pulmo Coral Reef offers a good look at the area's recovery efforts. We’ve seen decent coral growth here, not always massive structures, but healthy patches that attract plenty of reef fish. It’s a pretty straightforward dive, usually without strong currents, making it a comfortable spot for newer divers or those looking for a relaxing second dive. Expect to see surgeonfish, angelfish, and occasionally a passing ray.
