Centro de Buceo Punta Perdiz - Florida Keys
Punta Perdiz, though not the Keys' most famous spot, offers a solid dive, especially if you're looking for something a little quieter. We've seen some interesting things here, like the huge Leathery Barrel Sponges and plenty of nimble Needlefish – both the Redfin and Hound varieties often cruise the shallows. Keep an eye out for juvenile Snapper mingling in the turtlegrass. It’s a good choice for a relaxed second dive or if you’re keen on spotting macro life and some of the smaller, less dramatic residents of the Keys.
