    Makaha Caverns offers a unique dive exploring two large interconnected lava tubes. We often see giant green sea turtles resting inside, along with whitetip reef sharks tucked into crevices. This site is a good choice for divers comfortable with overhead environments, providing an interesting mix of cavern diving and the chance for some big animal encounters.
