Dahab Divers Lodge - Dahab
The team at Dahab Divers Lodge are exactly who you want showing you around Dahab. We’ve always found them to be completely unfazed, even when things get a bit… *Dahab*. They're a solid PADI 5 Star outfit, but what we really love is their vibe – it's laid-back, but everything behind the scenes is super organised. They’ve got their own compressor, so no waiting around for tanks, and their rental gear is always well-maintained; no leaky regulators or torn wetsuits here. They’re right by Lighthouse Reef, which is perfect for an easy morning splash or sorting out some skills before heading further afield. We particularly like starting our day with them, grabbing a coffee at their little setup before a gentle shore entry, slipping into the cool water. It's calm, often with a gentle current, and you’ll usually spot a resident turtle munching away. If you’re a newer diver looking for a relaxed introduction to the Red Sea, or an experienced one who just wants an easy, friendly base, this is our pick. They manage to be both professional and utterly chill, which is a rare combination.
