Planet Divers - Dahab
The team at Planet Divers are the kind of people you want looking after you in Dahab. They’ve been here forever, running a smooth, friendly operation right on the beachfront. We always appreciate a dive shop that doesn't make you feel like a number, and these guys nail that personal touch. They're PADI through and through, offering everything from your first breath underwater to instructor development, even mermaiding if that's your jam. But what we really love is their dedication to technical diving. Dahab has some seriously deep, seriously interesting sites, and Planet Divers has the expertise to get you there safely. We've geared up with them for a few Blue Hole deep dives ourselves, and the briefings are always thorough, the gas mixes spot on, and the guides calm and experienced. Our favourite spot to surface after a dive with them is right back at their shaded seating area. They do a great tea, perfect for decompressing while watching the waves lap the shore. If you're looking for a solid, no-nonsense dive shop with a deep understanding of Dahab’s unique dive landscape, especially if you're thinking about going a bit deeper, Planet Divers is our pick. They manage to be both professional and genuinely warm, a tough balance to strike.
