Marsa Umm Gerifat South - Deep South
Marsa Umm Gerifat South is one of those easy-going spots perfect for a relaxed dive. The maximum depth of 17 meters makes it ideal for newer divers or anyone looking for a longer bottom time without the pressure. We’ve had some lovely encounters here with blue-spotted rays resting on the sand, and the occasional turtle glides past, seemingly unbothered. It’s a good place to refine buoyancy or just enjoy a quiet exploration away from the busier offshore reefs.
