Atlantik Diving Center - Safaga
The team at Atlantik Diving Center are the kind of people you want to spend a week diving with. They’re based in Safaga, just south of Hurghada, which already gives them a leg up, placing you closer to some fantastic Red Sea diving without the Hurghada crowds. We love that they operate with a refreshingly personal touch, running smaller boats than you'd typically find, which means less time waiting and more space on deck to spread out your gear. Our favourite thing about Atlantik is their commitment to finding the quieter corners of the reefs. While everyone else is hitting Panorama Reef at noon, they’re often there early, or opting for a drift dive along Abu Kafan’s western wall instead. We’ve had dives where we were the only boat at a site, just watching schools of bigeye trevally swirl around us. They’re PADI 5 Star, so all the usual courses are on offer, but we’d suggest them particularly if you’re looking to get your Advanced Open Water or even a deep specialty; their local knowledge really shines when exploring the deeper pinnacles and drop-offs Safaga is known for.
