Blue Sea Dive Club - Sharm el-Sheikh
The team at Blue Sea Dive Club are some of the most genuinely friendly folks we’ve met in Sharm. They’re a PADI 5 Star outfit, running a slick operation out of their base. We especially love that they really understand what makes a good dive day – it's not just about the sites, it’s about the vibe on the boat and feeling looked after from start to finish. This is a great pick if you’re looking to get certified or just want a relaxed daily diving experience without any fuss. They specialise in making new divers comfortable, which means their briefings are thorough and their instructors patient. We’d suggest booking their early morning boat trips; you often beat the crowds to the Thistlegorm and the water around Ras Mohammed can be unbelievably calm, with the sun just starting to warm your face as you descend. Expect to see schools of glassfish shimmering like liquid silver in the wrecks, and the occasional turtle gliding past the walls of Shark Reef. They’re sticklers for safety, which, honestly, is exactly what you want when you’re entrusting someone with your underwater adventure.
