KB 34 - Dubai & Abu Dhabi
The KB 34 is one of those easy-going wrecks, perfect for a relaxed dive. This old barge, just 30.5 meters long, went down back in '67 and now rests in a shallow 7 meters of water, about two miles northwest of Abu Dhabi. Its relatively compact size means you can explore the whole thing without feeling rushed. We often see schools of yellowfin snapper darting through the structure, and it's a good spot to patiently look for pipefish hidden among the growth. It’s an ideal site for newer wreck divers or anyone wanting a chill dive with decent visibility, without the need for deep diving certs.
