SEA KING 5 - Fujairah

The Sea King 5, formerly the Sea Sky 5, rests at 26 meters, an old motor vessel now classified as a "dangerous wreck" – a label that adds a certain allure, we think. It’s a proper Fujairah wreck dive, solid and well-colonised. Expect to navigate through open sections, keeping an eye out for the resident moray eels peeking from crevices and the occasional turtle gliding past. While it doesn't boast a huge species list, the structure itself is the star, a sturdy home for numerous schooling fish. This site is a good pick for divers comfortable with deeper wreck penetrations and those who appreciate the quiet history of a sunken ship.
