STRONG ONE - Fujairah

The Strong One isn't your typical Fujairah dive, mostly because it isn’t really a dive at all. This old landing craft, which capsized and ended up beached upside down near Khor Fakkan after a tow-line snapped, sits right on the surface. We’re talking a maximum depth of 1 metre, if that. It’s more of a snorkel and wade, offering a unique chance to get up close with an honest-to-goodness wreck without even needing a BCD. You can peer into the exposed hull sections, now home to small schools of damselfish and blennies. It’s perfect for families, snorkelers, or anyone who just fancies a quirky wreck encounter without the faff of gear. Just watch your footing on the barnacle-encrusted metal.
