Delta - Mar del Plata

Dropping onto the Delta wreck at ten metres, you’re greeted by the skeletal remains of an old fishing trawler. It’s not a huge wreck, but the wheelhouse and engine room offer some neat penetration for those with the right training and gear. You’ll find small schools of silversides darting through the rusted metal, and the occasional conger eel peeking from a dark crevice. It’s a comfortable dive, usually with mild currents, making it a good spot for newer wreck divers or anyone looking for an easy afternoon in the water. We usually see a decent crab population scuttling around, too.
