San Cristóbal - Mar del Plata

San Cristóbal, right off Mar del Plata, is a shallow wreck, barely deeper than a bathtub at two metres. What it lacks in depth, it makes up for in character, lying well-broken up and scattered across the seabed. We often find an assortment of fish, small crabs, and even some octopuses tucked into the nooks and crannies of the old hull plates. It’s a gentle spot, perfect for a relaxed dive or even a snorkel, and a good reminder that not every great dive needs to be a deep one. We often visit this one when we're looking for an easy afternoon in the water.
