SANTA CATHARINA - Abrolhos
The Santa Catharina wreck sits at a shallow 10 metres, making it an accessible dive for many. What's left of the old freighter is well-colonised, with schools of grunts and snappers weaving through the decaying metal. It's a dangerous wreck, so penetration isn't an option, but there's plenty to see observing the structure from above. We think it’s a good spot for newer wreck divers or those looking for a relaxed, shallow profile.
