Ilha dos Ganchos offers a relaxed dive, often with good visibility and minimal current, making it a good choice for newer divers. We usually find schools of sardines and cavalla here, along with the occasional moray eel tucked into the crevices. The site is fairly shallow, a comfortable reef exploration without much depth to worry about. It’s a solid option for a second dive of the day in Arraial.
