Parcel do Coronel - Arraial do Cabo

Santa Rosa Wall is one of Cozumel's classic wall dives, and for good reason. We love the feeling of drifting along, the deep blue dropping away endlessly beside you. The wall here is pockmarked with overhangs and swim-throughs, excellent spots to peek for a sleeping nurse shark or a big green moray. It’s also home to some beautiful black corals, an often-overlooked detail. Keep an eye out for the smaller stuff too, like the shy Splendid toadfish tucked into crevices or a Candy Basslet darting between coral heads. The current here can be zippy, but that’s part of the fun, a gentle ride letting you cover a lot of ground. We'd suggest aiming for an early morning dive before the crowds hit, especially if you’re hoping for a glimpse of a passing eagle ray out in the blue. It’s a site that suits divers comfortable with drift diving, offering plenty to see whether you’re keeping an eye on the deep or exploring the wall’s many nooks.
