On Malpelo, dive centers aren't really a thing in the traditional sense. Poseidon Dive Center is actually the name of the liveaboard we use when we head out to this remote rock. They specialize in big animal encounters, pure and simple. If you're looking for schooling hammerheads, silky sharks, and a decent chance at whale sharks or even smalltooth sand tiger sharks, this is your boat. It’s for experienced divers comfortable with strong currents and offshore conditions.
