Loggerhead Reef, off Malpelo Island, presents a solid dive for those comfortable with open ocean conditions. We often find the reef holding good numbers of schooling jacks and the occasional hammerhead shark passing by. It's a site that rewards patient divers, offering a glimpse into the larger pelagic action Malpelo is known for. Not a beginner's dive, but nothing overly technical either.
