    South by East Rocks sits just off Malpelo's main island, a solid spot for encountering the bigger pelagics this region is known for. We've often seen schools of hammerheads here, sometimes hundreds strong, cruising in the blue. Keep an eye out for silky sharks too, they're frequent visitors. It's a dive best suited for experienced divers comfortable with deeper waters and potentially strong currents.
