With 71+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda and pufferfish - West view offers some of Malpelo Island's richest wall diving. Water ranges 28-30°C, warmest September, October, November.
West View offers a look at Malpelo's impressive rock formations both above and below the surface. Expect to see schooling hammerheads and silvertips cruising by in the blue. Occasional whale shark sightings are a real treat here. It's a site best suited for experienced divers comfortable with strong currents and open ocean conditions.
