El Bajo Solmar - Galápagos Islands
El Bajo Solmar is a deeper dive, a submerged pinnacle that attracts pelagics. We often see Galápagos sharks here, sometimes hammerheads cruising in the distance, and always plenty of schooling fish. It's a site for advanced divers, as currents can be unpredictable and quite strong. We find it's best to go with an experienced local guide who knows the currents.
