JANS - Morrocoy & Chichiriviche

The JANS is an interesting dive, a motor vessel that capsized back in '92 due to a loading mishap, now resting upright in about 10 meters of water. It's a surprisingly intact wreck for its age and location, measuring in at 47 meters long. We often find schools of snapper and grunt sheltering in the cargo holds, which are quite accessible, and the deck offers plenty of opportunities to poke around the superstructure. It's an easy dive, perfect for newer wreck divers or anyone looking for a relaxed exploration with a bit of history. The shallow depth means good light penetration, making for some decent photo opportunities too.
