Farondi - Raja Ampat

Farondi, about 20km east of Misool, gives you a different kind of dive. It's not all about the big pelagics here, though you might get lucky. Instead, you're exploring limestone cliffs, finding tunnels and caverns that weave through the rock. We love the walls; they're covered in a fantastic wash of colour, with leather corals, plate corals, and vivid purple and yellow sea squirts. It’s a shallower site, generally under 12 meters, making it a great spot for longer bottom times and really soaking in the details. Keep an eye out for azure damselfish flickering amongst the corals.
