Stingray city - Mabul & Kapalai
Stingray City, near Mabul and Kapalai, is exactly what the name suggests. It's a sandy patch where you’re almost guaranteed to encounter several blue-spotted stingrays resting on the bottom or cruising past. We find it’s a good spot for newer divers getting comfortable with currents, or for photographers looking for an easier shot of these graceful creatures. It's not a bustling reef, but the reliable stingray sightings make it worthwhile.
