Turtle Cavern - Mabul & Kapalai

Turtle Cavern, on the fringes of Mabul, offers a different kind of dive. It's a large, open-mouthed cave, more an overhang really, that's home to a consistent population of green sea turtles, often found resting on the sandy bottom or tucked into crevices. The dive is fairly shallow, making it suitable for newer divers looking for a mellow encounter with these gentle giants without the commitment of a deeper, darker cave system. Visibility can vary, but even on average days, the cavern entrance is easy to navigate.
